Kingdom name: Eire - Ireland & Alba - Scotland
Hi guys, I unified both Kingdoms with de Old Gods DLC. Now, they names are Eire & Alba. What determines the other names? (Ireland/Scotland)

Or stop being unhelpful and answer?

I believe culture determines how your chosen people see each kingdom/empire/city title. The devs pretty much dove into history and determined that while anglo-saxon people see what is now modern England/Wales/Britain/Ireland/etc. The Irish looked at it from another way. Its like America using the word Color while another country would see it as the word "Colour".

Pretty much they mean the same thing. Eire is pretty much Ireland to the rest of the world.
The name is based on culture of the ruler IIRC... I know that if you conquer all of Britain and Ireland as the English/anglo-saxons you get the name of Brittania, but if you do with the Scottish or Irish ruler it gets named the empire of Alba. Maybe it's set up to change to those names once you take control of multiple kingdoms?

It is culture-based. The culture of the top liege determines the name of the title from county up to empire. Gaelic cultures (Irish, Scottish, Pict, Welsh, etc.) will use Gaelic-based names for the titles, even down to the county level. Germanic (Anglo-Saxon, Norse, Norman) will use English-based titles.

You'll see the same idea in Spain. The names of counties, duchies, etc. change based on whether the top liege is Muslim or one of the Catholic cultures.
