the warning that a title of theirs will be handed out to someone outside of your realm?

im still basically new but as far as i know in that situation u would need to bump crown authroity up. i cant think of to what level it would have to go up to thought.

1/ Having High Crown authority will prevent these in the De Jure Realm. In that case inherited titles are transfered to the de jure liege

2/Watch the situation: often these trigger when a landholder is childless and the other heir is already titled in another realm. If the holder is 18 and just got married, I wouldn't worry too much, the situation will likely resolve itself...

if he's 68 and celibate, you might have a problem.

You can simply preemptively revoke the title (watch for the relations penalty) or you can try to murder the heirs, until they're from your realm (if that's possible).

Be careful with that last option, and consider the implications: if you kill someone equal to your rank, it might be possible that your vassal will inherit instead and you'll lose the territory anyway
(i.e; two brothers with no child are each other heirs, if you're a duke, your vassal is count and the brother is a Duke too, DO NOT kill the Duke...)
