Paradox forums 'You are not eligible to create an account.'?

Hello, long time reader of CK2 forums, particularly mod forums, and now since the forum overhaul I apparently now am not eligible to create an account, nor does an account exist. I'm hoping this is in error, if anyone could help please let me know. Thanks!

That is a rare bug that we haven't been able to track down. Just try using a different browser.
