80,000 men died in the very first battle of the war and that was just me against the Abbasid army before any allies were involved. Like I said, it was a fairly brutal war.
When the fourth ruler died, the kingdom was thrown into civil war, Christian and Muslims declared a Crusade. All those Jarls that I ignored gained a lot of power, took all of england and when they declared War against the Catholics, they lost all of England very quickly - while the rest of my Christian/Muslim holdings were retaken one at a time until all I had was Sjaelland, and a couple spots in West India.
I was a Republic Norse aiming for Reformation and got nuked all at once. I was a bit displeased. In the end, Byzantium and Abbasid grew large, and blobbed to imputiny. This war lasted about 220 years, involved the Norse/Reformed Norse, Catholic and Muslim religions all in revolt during the crusades and half of them also at war with each other. No clue how many died, stacks of 10k-30k were dying left and right all over the place.
