Incapable Trait

Does this trait render someone infertile? Im playing as a custom incapable ruler (fur teh lulz) and im really hoping to continue the dynasty as it is, strangely, going quite well. Charinfo says i have a fertility of 90% but does incapable override this?

it significantly lowers your fertility but its still technically possible to have a child. it isnt very often that an incapable ruler lives that long however. incapable is one of the worst traits you can have.

you can but it doesnt mean you will. between regents causing trouble in your realm, the fertility hit, people wanting to murder you, and the shortened lifespan that comes with being incapable you dont see them reproduce very often but in game incapable just means they're confined to a bed and not capable of ruling a kingdom (due to physical or mental disabilities) their reproductive organs still technically function though unlike if they were castrated for example
