How do I install a fraticelli pope?

I got following information from one of the CK2 wikis:

Creation of the Fraticelli Papacy - By default, there is no head of the Fraticelli faith. However, a Fraticelli ruler can set up the Fraticelli Papacy if Rome is within their realm and they have a piety of 1000. Creating the Fraticelli Papacy will grant them a further 1000 piety.

So I am ruling Rome as Count and King of Sicily. As me my whole realm converted to fratecelli already. I also got more then 2000 piety and prestige but there is no decision available. I have all DLCs except the "Sons of Abraham" one.

What do I need to do to install this fraticelli pope?

Schism Events under LoR.# make sure you have that DLC on and you should get an option under the thrid tab to the end just look there and it should be there maybe you dont control the other five areas

Ahhh, I need to control all holy areas. Didn't know that, the wiki isn't precise enough as it seems.

Just a side note:
I began a game also as the basque king, changed to absolute cognative. Now my female king got the chance to change to the cathar heresy. Quite some fun to "breed" some female generals now :D

@karos to answer your post you need to have sons of abraham to form the fraticelli papacy.
