Strange Problem with wrong Title name displayed.

Hello guys, I got a strange problem with my save game:

In the Map, the Kingdom of Bohemia gets shown as "Bavaria" (right next to the real Bavaria) and the Kingdom of Saxony gets shown as "Warwick".
The strange thing is, both still have their culture, so no cultural name change and if you go on the Coat of Arms of both Kingdoms, they get their names shown currectly, only on the map it gets shown wrong. All other Independent Rulers with Land have the correct name of their Land shown on the map.
As if this wasn't enough oddicity, this is only in this one savegame, in other savegames or other startdates both, Saxony and Bohemia get their correct name shown in the map.

It may sound like a little bug, but this bugs me and I'm looking for help to fix it.

it sounds like they are tributaries. on the map it will show the name of the overlord over the tributaries land even though they are still technically an independent realm

Restart the game.
Might be an issue of cache if you had loaded another game beforehand.

Restarting didn't help.

I'll check on that, Shadowwolf, since I'm not experienced with that, thx for the advice!
