How execute a plot

I have plot power abovet 100 % and nothing happens :-(

what kinda plot? kill plot, you have to wait for it to fire up, the higher the % the faster it will fire. Fabricate claim plot etc have their own requirement and can be fire manually when ready in interigue tab.

My plot was discovered my victim know that his on my hit list :-)
Does this affect that the plot fail?

so it's a kill plot then, no, it didn't fail, you just got caught and prob have negative opinion toward victim's family and so on, as long as your vassal don't, it's all good. you just have to wait till event fire, 100% is pretty much the least you should want.

I just want my prince wife inhert Greater Poland after her dad die, she is first born but, her is boy so he is in first line of succesion.

And speaking about line of succsesion does is possible to make my prince oldest son inhert all titles, he had two son i want that all possesion remian intacrt undevided,

Assassination plots seemed to have been nerfed to kingdom come in the latest expansions. I have a troublesome count who is the leader of two dangerous factions. Five in game years ago (before he was even a real threat) I began a plot to kill him. It has been resting around the 450% from the start with the majority of his court, council (including spymaster and marshal), and spouse being conspirators. I have yet to receive a single event.

There's nobody in this guys immediate vicinity that doesn't want him dead. He should be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dead.

Just the other day i killed 3 people in 1 year with assasination plots. 100% is what is needed to trigger the plot, but you really want to get closer to 200% if you want them do die quickly.

That doesn't sound right.
Have you tried cancelling the plot and starting it again? Nobody should live past a year with 450%~ plot power. Even a year is way too much for such a strong plot, especially when you have people like the spymaster on your side.
