Pax Mongolica

So i just finished my "Kingdom of David" achievment and was looking for something more to gain in this gameplay and it comes to my mind that i have several silk road counties, not so bad tech for 1k AD.

So i wonder can i get "Pax Mongolica" achievment while ruling ethiopian-jewish empire? The place is ok (over 500 distance to each other) Alexandria - Aden - Hormuz. But i take time for me to build up tech there and change capital two times. So i wonder if anyone get this achievment by non-mongolian, non-nomadic gameplay?

There is no requirement other than 3 fully upgraded silk road trade posts for the achievement. You should be able to get it no matter the culture or government type or religion.

Yea i see there is none, but CKII is so bugged and unclear sometimes...

in order to get the achievment pax mongolica you have to own 3 trading posts and each county capital.
