1440p Resolution Unsharp Blurry UI / Text Fix (NVIDIA GPU Only)

I found a working fix for the unsharp UI / unsharp text for 1440p Resolution that works with NVIDIA GPUs.

In the NVIDIA Control Panel, go to 3D Settings, Manage 3D Settings and then Settings for Individual Applications. Choose Ck2.exe from the list and then enable Image Scaling. In the window that opens, you can choose a sharpening value. I use 30%, which is still a little bit unsharp, but I prefer this over a higher value (such as 50%) which is be too noisy. Then apply the settings by pressing "Appy".
Furthermore, for 1440p, I use the in-game settings: Resolution: 1440p, UI-Scaling 1.30. That way, the actual rendered image is not upscaled, but just sharpened.

If you want to experiment with different values, make sure to deactivate the resolution scaling first, then apply, and then activate it again using a different sharpening value and then apply. The screen should go dark for ~1 sec, when the new settings are applied.

Hopefully this is useful for you, as for me I couldn't find any working mod that fixes the unsharp text / UI for this resolution.
