What is the Console Command to take a province and put it under your control?

Hey everyone, I want to play a game where I can instantly reform the Norse Paganism and make Scotland Reformed Norse Pagan but I have no idea how to just steal provinces from another nation. If someone could maybe tell me the command to do this I'd greatly appreciate it.

Character ID: Found using the 'charinfo' command. It is listed on with the usual mouse-over stats.

The above is nonsense...and i don't think it even works anymore.
It only gave control over a province, as if you had it besieged.

Use: give_title <Title Name> <Character ID>
Title name is in history/titles or common/landed_titles.

For example give_title c_karvuna yourCharID
