Does anyone actually play with 'Viking Metal' dlc enabled?

I like a few of the songs but most of them are so loud and out of place.

I'm sitting here in a dark room at 1am flipping through year after year waiting for claims among other things and this loud rock music starts up.

I feel like the game needs much more medieval based subtle music that would blend so much better with the game.

Not sure why the devs love putting all these rock tracks into their games.

personally, I mute the game and listen to music like I would normally. it's not like it's a first-person shooter, for example, where the sound gives you any extra information

Nope. I bought it without listening to it first on Youtube. Big mistake. Terrible music that doesn't fit the theme of CK2.

Same goes for that Guns, Drums and Steel ♥♥♥♥ for EU4.

Didn't even buy it.

Music mods, also my own music mods, or playing in borderless mode and simply playing music on my player or online on Youtube or whatever, but too many additonal programs reduce performance too much.
Mostly mods additonaly to the regular official music.

I didn't buy it, it didn't sound to my liking. I nearly always love the music in games, but even some of the stock songs in CK2 are too abrasive for me, especially the opening track.

I didn't buy it. I refuse to buy it and House Lords because both of them are out of place music that doesn't fit the aesthetic. I listened to House Lords on Youtube and it's okay, but it's really nothing special. Why anyone would buy it for a SLIGHTLY remixed version of a few songs is beyond me. It's not very special. Haven't listened to Vikings though, it's just OOC music I'm not interested in.
