867 start, does China always become Isolationist after their civil war?
I'm trying to develop a strategy for the Servant No More achievement and I thought that getting the 3 trade post close to me would be a good idea, but after three try, China become isolationist after the ending their civil war, so no more trade post income. Is it always the case or I'm just unlucky?

i think they went back to stable after the civil war in my Mu'nis game. don't really remember tbh. a little bonus income is nice and all, but it won't make or break the campaign.

jerusalem is worth taking anyway for the convenience of easy religion swapping (you need to be christian to form kingdom of jerusalem - at least temporarily). not sure if jaffa was really worth the trouble. i moved my capital to jerusalem and also kept galilee so the emir/duke of ascalon was constantly pissed that i held one of his de jure counties.

damascus was not available in my game because the caliph moved his capital there, so i only got it much later when my Mu'nis successfully won the war to install himself as the caliph and basileus the arabian empire (which was basically the end of the campaign since i got the achievement at that point)
