Noble customs/popular customs on Tribal?
Wondering if they automatically convert to work with Tribal vassals? I can see Chiefs being the feudal equivalent of a lord, but Tribal doesn't get a specific city analogue, so I'm guessing that's out.

I'm pretty sure noble customs only effects feudal vassals, and of course popular customs still works the same way on cities. But they can still be of benefit to you as a tribal ruler if you conquer and vassalize feudal provinces. For example it can give you a little opinion bump playing as a Norse tribal if you start conquering England.
