Graphic options

First of all, no matter what options i chose, Iam never able to see the bottom of the screen(for example in the technology tree I cant increase military organisation etc. because I can not see the button)So I tried some combinations, like windowed with more resoltion....but now I can not even see the options button on the starting screen. Is there a way to change options outside of the game? couldn't find any text files for that, but I could be wrong... else I'd need to resintall...

Try changing the font size to 125%. It shouldn't be the case, but perhaps it helps.
