Kinslayer... help

so i just killed my cousin who also happened to be my son's wife (she also happens to be my indirect daughter due to seduction focus D:), and now i have this annoying thing called ''close family member kinslayer'' or something along those lines. i was wondering if someone knows how to repent from it?

by the way, i killed her cause i she was denying my seduction attempts. but everyone discovered it.

I'm not sure if you can influence it but usually the Pope will ask you for a donation and give you an official pardon.

the pope is my vassal, maybe i can ask him to forgive me? :(

I didn't get it, why did you kill her? You should kill people for titles, lands and gold but why seduction?

Like I said he usually asks himself. His opinion of you might have something to do with it. Or you could try the general "indulgence for sins" and see if it helps. Either way it will cost you money.

i like to roleplay with my characters.
my grandson was her heir, too, and since he's probably the next guy i'm playing with (i'm about to excomunnicate, imprison and execute my son), i'd say i did a pretty good job in ''killing for titles, lands and gold''

Improve relatinos with the Pope man, both your court chaplain and your chancelor need to be sucking up to him. If you can swing it, donate a gift and repent your sins. Only his absolution will grant your the "forgiveness" you are seeking. I laughed my butt off when El Pope forgave my spawn of satan for kin slaying
