Your queen is likely NOT OF YOUR DYNASTY so children to her will have no claim as the titles likely came from your father.
HOWEVER, because she is your regent, if she gets married normally she will LEAVE your court to goto her new husbands court and thus no longer be your regent, opening the floodgates to some ambitous council member to basically wreck your kingdom.
If you are able you should attempt to find a suitor for your mother and have them marry matrillineally so the guy comes to your court and your mum stays as regent and thus doesn't smother you in your sleep.
I noticed when playing a big ruler, that the AI would spam these requests to death when I was at war, with the thinking I imagine that I'm not gonna be paying close attention to who they're requesting to marry. It's quite clever, really. Something to watch out for!
