How to console command events?

Does anyone know the format? for example to console attributes the fomat is

add_[the attribute[charid] [-/+ #]

I have the event I want to trigger with the code CHI.310 but not sure of what precedes or follows it anyone know? Im trying to get at the orders of chivalry submod

event CHI.310 should do it. That will trigger whatever this event is on your currently played character.
