What mods do you use `?
Could you list them ? It would make it easier to make suggestions of a potential culprit.
The obvious alternative is to launch the game with one mod after another turned off each time you launch the game, until it works.
Hi there Varainger. I'll list the ones I've been using.
Advanced Plotter Mod
An Antique Land HIP
Chivalric Societies
HIP More Bloodlines
House Motto
Perfect Genetics
Rename Anyone
Ruler Designer Unlocked!
Sketchy Cheat Menu
White Dragon Flag
Your Custom Heresy
Your Personal Castle
[LMM] Invite With Promises
[LMM] Spouse Empowerment
I have other mods in the list but the ones listed are the only ones I've been using when doing this playthrough.
I downloaded the mod and looked at the files and it does indeed have a 00_cb_types.txt file, so it does modify the CBs. If you used the mod without HIP, while the cb file is from HIP, then that will likely be the cause. Question would be why you don't use the standard version of the bloodline mod instead.
