Symbol on bottom right hand side of screen, wtf is this?

Not sure if this is just a Paradox thing or its a steam thing but wtf is that symbol for? its either a circular loading symbol*? or a pause symbol. i figure its something to do with recording your game play or whatever idk. clicking on it doesn't do anything either. how do i remove/shut this off? because , i Think** it may be the reason my games performance took a sharp nosedive in the past few days. idk wtfs going on with that.

it worked flawlessly before and now my games grinding to a halt for some reason, wtf is going on?

Oh, it doesn't show up on screenshots :/ i tried. its just a grey box on the bottom right side of the screen that alternates between a symbol that looks like two thin arrows in a circle like its loading or whatever, or just a pause symbol.

Just teststarted the game and let a save run for a month just to make sure, I don't have any symbol showing. I would guess it might not be coming from CK

Its the Nivia experience Symbol?

If so , its just saying that the Nvidia overlay its active.
To dehactivate just go to nvidia experience menu on "on scree" menu and dehacivate the status showing.
