Raising unreformed pagan moral authority
Are there any ways to raise moral authority other than the holy sites and the great pillar?

A good place to get moral authority for pagans is to raid central europe. Theres an area with 4 temples next to each other

Raiding....so much raiding....Dunno what Pagens you are using but if you are playing Norse Pagens in the 769 start....you should have no problem raising your MA by raiding all those poorly defended Christian Churches.

If you are using Romuva or Slavs, make sure you AREN'T raiding temples of your own religion.
Ditto for any Pagens. Raiding your own religions temples will lower your MA.
Holy Wars are good but risky against Christians and Muslims in the early game and the late game too really.

Your best bet is to Raid until you can claim Two Holy sites in your religions territory, then get a 3rd that's usually being held by Christians or Muslims. Soon as you get the 3rd one Keep Raiding until you can Reform. If you can get a 4th or even all 5, do it.

Raiding enemy temples, county conquests, holding holy sites (in your realm), winning Holy Wars (offensive or defensive), building temples. That's a list to start with off hand anyways.

Its unreformed, unless I am missing something holy warring isn't possible for unreformed pagans.

you can defeat holy wars though, which I believe also gives moral authority
