If one is going for big blobbing and landing many relatives, the incest will happen on its own after a while. Your landed relatives will keep marrying other relatives to consolidate titles and because your dynasty members will slowly become the most prestigeous people in the world so very hard to resist (the AI goes ape for prestige).
