Creating a Crusader Kings account... country selection issue
I am trying to select a country for my Crusader Kings II account and the U.S.A. is not available as a selection. Any ideas, suggestions? I tried America, U.S., United States of America...

There is nothig like a CK2 account.
At least not that i'd know.

Do you mean Paradoxplaza ?
I just test-registered and got no country selection.

Hi! So, when I open the game from my desktop, it asks if i want to login or create an account. When I click on "create account" it asks for a country, but doesn't provide options for the US... What am I missing? =(

(keep in mind, I am new at this)

Its a really ♥♥♥♥ interface for that. I justs tried it and yeah, its not a dropdown but an auto fill in, so when typing United states of America it shows up as United States Minor Territories.

Just dont do it there.
This is your Paradox Plaza Account.
Go to paradoxplaza.com and make it there, its easier.
Be carefull giving your DOB. Just make something up thats adult (if you are an adult) and remember it. Never give out your personally identifying info if possible.
Once done, use that account in the game.

Oh okay. Interesting that it's different from registering directly there.
Odd.

I don't think the lcoation matters and see no way to add or change it currently in my forum account first of all..apart from manually entering whatever i like. Ducktown, Quakistan.

Anyway, as SkiRich said, go paradoxplaza and do it there via internet browser.
Though i'd go even further and actually recommend to go via the forum https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?forums/
( to the right) and also to later log in via the forum.

The login via the homepage has issue quite often and the annoying picture verification thingie, which doesn't happen if you go via forum.
