Permanent Epidemic Problem

So I've run in to a rather unique issue, and I don't exactly expect to find much of a solution as the issue may be completely unsolvable without a full restart of the campaign, but I have run in to an issue where a disease outbreak has more or less permanently taken residence in my territories.

I'll go on record to say mods are being used, and I'm without a doubt certain that is the root of the issue, but I figured I may as well ask just in case someone out there has a solution so I can keep the campaign going. The mods in question are CK2+ and a cheat menu mod that lets you fiddle with some things without needing to know console commands by heart.

The issue itself is that a particular strain of Tuberculosis has persisted in territories I've only directly controlled over 30 years, and the disease persisted even when I lost direct ownership of the land. Smallpox also moved in at one point so several of my territories are doubly cursed with an endless disease. Recently I attempted altering the save game data itself, but by even removing affected provinces from the disease's list still left them affected when the game started back up.

Again, I don't really expect to find a fix, as I'm sure I bungled something up with a mix of mods and data altering, but I'm still more than interested to see if anyone's got a clue as to what I could try. Any help is appreciated.

1. Create a text file named cheat.txt in the CK2 folder with the game executable.
2. Copy and paste into your cheat file:

any_realm_province = { reduce_disease = -0.9999 }

3. Load your game, open console, type: run cheat.txt
4. Unpause and wait a month

Sadly didn't work. I may just have to put a close on that game and try some other time. Thanks for the advice, though.
