Normally no as they are a nestorian heresy.
Maybe if they become the dominant branch, maybe its nestorian only.

I think you also need Jerusalem and Baghdad to be Nestorian and Nestorian owned for the Order of St. Addai to form. I think it has to be Nestorian, unless Messalian is the dominate branch and Nestorian becomes the heresy.
