Holy Fury Animal world Ruler Creator
in short, I find the 'animal rulers' amusing. But presume I want to pick an area and use the ruler creator to make the ruler a dragon because they're cool, or a hedgehog because they get sweet bonuses, or a duck because there's something wrong with me, or whatever.

How the heck do I do that? I'm not seeing any ethnicity in the menu, or culture, that matches any of the animals. Am I missing something, or is that something that has to be done via console commands until they fix it?

It's kind of a hidden Easter egg, but there are instructions on how to access the animal cultures in this article: https://www.pcgamer.com/crusader-king-2-easter-egg-lets-you-rule-an-animal-kingdom/ :)

EDIT: If you mean you want to use the animal cultures outside of the animal kingdoms thing, I think you'll need to use the console.

Oh, I saw--in fact, that's where I learned about it.

But when I hit the arrow ten times and get the animal kingdoms, it generates a world. I pick the county I want (tribal, so I can work on making a Republic and see if Holy Fury unnerfed them!), and open up the ruler creator--and there's no way to make the ruler one of the animal ethnicities or cultures. Even if I open up the creator for a dog or hedgehog ruler, I can't find the dog/hedgehog culture.
