Requirements (must satisfy all four requirements):
1. Has Duelist lifestyle trait,
2. Has at least 50 duel experience and 20 ruthless duel experience,
3. Has at least 10 sneaky duel experience or 80 duel experience,
4. Doesn't already own a duelist bloodline (this or the ancestor worship duelist bloodline)
Note: There is a 20 basic chance to earn the bloodline if other requirements satisfied, the chance increased to 50 if doesn't own any bloodline
I have seen these on the wiki but i also saw a post from 'that Guy' and he only had 4 ruthless duel experience and he had the achievement but it didnt give him the bloodline.
Anyway, as long as you have the duelist trait, Ruthless Duelist x 4, and either Reknowned Duelist x 16 or Reknowned Duelist x 10 with Sneaky Duelist x 2, you will eventually get the achievement. There's a random chance of getting it after every duel once you meet the requirements. The bloodline is still bugged so that you can't get it though.
Thanks for this info. For the achievement, do you know if it matters how you got the duelist trait?
Does it have to be earned through the War Focus, or will it also count if you choose Duelist as part of the "Choose Military Aspect" feature of the Warrior Lodge?
I haven't had any ruthless or sneaky duel experience yet... how do you get it?
Winning duels isn't much of a problem by itself. I have complete tier 4 equipment and 11 bloodlines on my heirs, giving them 51 "natural" combat skill, so my newborns can easily overwhelm any seasoned warrior.
If you don't have enough rivals, you can always antagonize a few folks, make them your rivals, then duel them. Be careful with doing ruthless duels too often, as it sometimes give you a -40 "Dishonorable" opinion modifier, which lasts for 5 years, and can stack if you do multiple dishonorable duels in a rolling 5 year period.
I think the "sneaky" duel experience is when you chose the "win by any means possible" before the match starts. If I have a character with deceitful trait, I usually get that option fairly regularly.
Sorry for not recognizing your name in my earlier comments
