SOLVED - Dual Screens - Issues Accessing Other Monitor

My Game Screen keeps scrolling when I wish to access my other screen (Dual Monitor Setup)

I am trying to learn the game and really need the ability to move my mouse cursor out of the game and onto my web browser. Every time I do this the game sreen keeps scrolling in whatever direction I move my mouse on my second screen.

Does anyone know a dix for this.

All Good Now ... Alt Tab is Behaving itself now. Not sure how its working now or what was wrong ... but all good. Screen no longer scrolling all over the place when working on my other monitor with game open.
