How do i start stage 2 of a great work?

I can see an option to continue construction, anyone know where it is?

theres a small green banner on the progress bar, clicking that can start or pause the construction

Pause and Play looking button on the progress bar in the great works. If its grey it means you dont have enough cash to start it.

Ah right thanks. It must be bugged then as I just received 22k from a crusade.
