Is it possible to forge a second bloodline with one character ?

The forge bloodline ambition is unaivalable to characters who own any created bloodline (even from other sources), but you can circumvent the restriction, by switching to another character who doesn't own any, forging another (at increased cost), then merging them back.

What Miku said, just to add: it will increase the prestige requirement from 5k to 20k

That applies only if someone from the same dynasty as you completed the ambition i think.

It is possible, however, if you do something that creates a bloodline. For example, on my current playthrough, I used the ambition to forge a bloodline and forged one. Then, with the same character, I became the Samrat Chakravartin, creating the Empire of India. This decisions grants you a bloodline, so I now have both bloodlines on my character and he did create both. It is not possible to create two bloodlines using the ambition though.

No you cannot. In addition, if the character you are currently playing has a forged bloodline on him already you will not be eligible to forge another one while playing that character.
