Bloodlines are limited to noteworthy achievements like completing a warrior lodge legendary quest event, as well as a few noteable others which I wont bother listing as it would take a while.

Beyond attaining saints blood from ancestor veneration by your religious head, and the ambition that becomes available when you exceed 5k prestige, the primary way to obtain bloodlines is actually to poach them via marriages.

Bloodlines is all about acquisition, and ultimately forging divine blood by taking all the best peices of major families via your eugenics project. The stacking effect of all the bloodline bonus is VERY substantial, and honestly if you could keep reforging new blood every time you hit 5k prestige with a character you would end up with so many bonuses and mechanics that it would just be straight up broken.

There are many different ways of getting them. Don't think you have one for forming any empire. (I got 3 different bloodlines with my immortal ragnarr lodbrok gameplay)

There is no Bloodline for creating the HRE.
The only bloodlines for creating empires are Israel, Roman Empire, India, Outremer and Slavic Union.

You get bloodlines for noteworthy archievements, not for just anything that is mildly difficult.
Full list of bloodlines here.[ck2.paradoxwikis.com]

You also can't get the Roman Empire bloodline if you already have one of the existing Roman Bloodlines.

If you marry someone with a bloodline your children will receive the bloodlines (unless the bloodline doesnt transfer to males/females respectively).

Yeah, and it needs to be a matrilineal marriage for it to transfer to the children.
Just read the wiki page[ck2.paradoxwikis.com] on bloodlines, specifically the inheritance and transfer sections I liked in this post, it'll explain everything and you won't need to wait for an answer.
