Immortality and pregnancy.
Can the event chain for pregnancy kill you if you are immortal? My current ruler is a female and of course her pregnancies are getting worse. I really don't want her to die and she has more than enough heirs at 9 which are having their own babies.

It got so bad her second to last child had the lucifer child pregnancy events and her last one left her with infections and other issues. I know those alone won't general kill her. I just want to know if there is a flat out, oh this kills you event, for pregnancy or whatever.

pregnancy events can kill you if you get the one that kills you when giving birth.

It's rarer now to die in childbirth since the latest patch and can generally be avoided. But the risk is still there. A friend of mine completed the immortal quest line as a female character recently. Popped out 52 children. Was captured in a siege by pagans and sacrificed to their gods.

Immortality should be renamed Clinical immortality, basically meaning, you wil not die of old age. you will still die of being killed or being fatally injured by events
