How to restore Roman culture?

As the title says, how do you restore Roman culture? The wiki says you can, but doesn't really specify how. Is it similar to the Hellenic Pagan revival where you need to hold a specific province and have a specific focus/trait?

10 years after restoring the Roman Empire, while at peace, you'll have a decision available that's something like 'Roman Renaissance' or 'Revival', something of that sort. That will change your culture (and some of your vassals?) to Roman, flip a good part of Italy and maybe some other provinces, and essentially start the cultural conversion train rolling.

Kind of right.

Restore rome, move capital to rome, and roman renaissance will be available as an intrigue decision. you and you immediate family gets it, and it spreads to some provinces and rulers in italia on the spot.

If youre going hellenic pagan you may need to burn all the roman churches too i dont remember, been a while since ive played my save.
