Found a bloodline Ambition

A little sad that i didnt get a chance to do this.
My first character joined a warrior lodge, and they did the legend thing and he founded a bloodline. Its pretty cool. But i never had a chance to found one of those ambition bloodlines and they seem amazing.
I dont think that every dynasty should be able to found at least 1 ambition bloodline, since they seem fun and you can target things with them.

I understand for balance reasons they cant let you found a bloodline with each new generation, but it would be cool if you could found more than one in a dynasty. Maybe once every 200 years, or i dunno something.

Either way, lodge bloodline shouldnt prevent ambition bloodline, in my opinion.
What are your thoughts, am i just a raving lunitic?

The stupid thing is that if you do the ambition first you can do the warriors lodge after.

Yeah this is kinda my point. Should be an entirely independant thing, and i dunno, maybe make it so you can found another bloodline every X generations, or every X years.

wait, so if i do the ambition first, i then have the option to also do the warrior lodge afterwards, but not the other way around? damn. already started the warrior lodge and got it > 50 %. oh well, at least next time i'll be smarter, lol

If you are fast you can still do the ambition before the legend bar fills. As long as you can complete one of the ambition conditions before the legendary journey is completed, you can get two bloodlines.

alright, i'll try. i hope it's not too late. legend is at 62 % but i've been waging many wars, at least 10 or so. just gotta get enough prestige to start the ambition before the legend is completed and by then i'll have the required amount of wars for the conquerer bloodline already done. just hope that wars, that i've done before starting the ambition will also count.

Wars have been the most unreliable for me, unfortunately. I've only had one character where that method worked at all, the rest of the time it bugs out and doesn't even count wars from after I have started the ambition.

update: wars from before choosing the ambition did count. i already had 11 when i started. after that, i went on to force vassalization on a rather big neighbor and then, once my threat had cooled down a bit, simultaneously declared war on 3 smaller neighbors to force vassalization. legend is now at 77 %. lol. thanks for all the advice.

You can found a bloodline even if you alrady have the warrior lodge one.
for the amibition you need 5k prestige.

I have not found this to be the case. Ambition was not there and that was the only bloodline id founded. Had 10k prestige

I was able to forge a bloodline after getting saints blood from my previous ruler. However in fairness the saint blood was "inactive" as i had changed my religion from catholic to germanic thus disabling its effect.

At the same time I also had an event that appeared where my character rambled on about getting a bloodline and it had me do a bunch of little events choosing which direction to go etc.

While this event was running I was able to complete the focus acquiring 2 bloodlines from both wars (15) and executions/murder (30) by (mass executing people in dungeon from the wars) resulting in them both completing within the same month, so the ambition fired twice on the first of the following month. This resulted in me having 4 bloodlines. saint, assassin, war, and realm prosperity (my choice from the event which was basically make money or something as i chose realm prosperity and not be feared etc)

I know content rulers can't do it.

You can't have the ambition if you already have an active bloodline. This means that if you by any chance have ANY other bloodline before reaching the 5k prestige needed to get the ambition, you're square out of luck. Now.. I could imagine how you could create all the bloodlines through elective monarchy though, if you keep on selecting heirs that have no bloodline yet!
