Advice for Reform Tengri
I'm playing Nomad/Tengri at the moment and I'm about to reform my religion. What would be good choices?

My future plans: Push foreward into europe and at some point, settle down as feudal.

Whats your recomendation? I also would love to have females as as advisors, commanders or heirs, but I read a lot of bad stuff about enatic doctrine. How about equality doctrine? Or skip it alltogether for some other doctrine that works better with my futur plans?

Well as a hellenic I didn't bother with equality or enatic and instead just got my tolerance up enough to pass laws allowing full status of women, simple as that. It seems like a waste of a doctrine slot seeing as there's other ways to do it.

You can try a combination of Unyielding nature and Eternal Riders doctrine. If that works in combination, it's OP (game probably won't allow it). If not, drop Eternal Riders and take Meritocracy. Heir designation makes life much easier. Equality is a bit of a waste if you are starting at a later date when tech progresses fast but in 769 start, you can reform Tengri easily and jump ahead 400 years in tolerance tech. Makes breeding that Genius heir much easier with Meritocracy/Equality.
Leadership usually temporal as it gives a nice artefact as bonus but autonomous might also be something for you as it gives +2 martial for tengri.

I guess it depends on whether or not you have Holy Fury. I didnt so I couldnt select such things.

It's pretty much always worth it to take the Religion Specific docrtine. otherwise, a warlike nature can be a double edged sword, but gives you some nice bonuses. Take Temporal Leadership so you can start great holy wars yourself. for the second doctrine there's no clear favorite to me.

Not with Tengri because their unique doctrine overwrites their 30% levy increase with a 10% attack increase. Great if you plan to stay nomad because you don't have levies, not so great if you want to go feudal. So don't take Animistic, Unrelenting or Eternal Riders.
