How do I go about creating one? What requirements do I have to meet?

I created one by becoming the head of the Warrior Lodge, doing the 500 Reknown Legendary Gathering decision, and then filling up the Legend bar by recruiting and doing missions for them.

When that was completed, my character became head of a new bloodline.

Sadly, she was head of a matralinial bloodline and had no children and was 57, so her "bloodline" ended with her. Wah wah.

Theres an ambition for it that gives you some requirements to get one. Also if you leave the ambition on for awhile youll a long mutli branch event chain that will give you one at the cost of alot of gold / prestige / piety.

i did the warrior lodge one, combined with autonomous leaders from reforming it turns your whole clan berzerker wrecking machines.

I think some characters start a Bloodline by default?
I started as the dad of my favourite Viking, and seemed to found a Bloodline automatically.

Yeah, ragnar lodbrok gets his bloodline straight on birth, his sons get is aswell.

You can get one by sleeping with literally everyone you meet

If that hasn't been answered already:

1) Once you have 5000 prestige, an ambition to forge a new bloodline opens up.
2) After you select the ambition you actually forge a bloodline by doing something extraordinary (or extraordinarily cruel) - if you hover over the ambition you'll see what you need to do.
3) Even without completing the requirements, you can forge a bloodline through events (this is time consuming and your character may die before you get to finish the event chain).

Y there are like 15 default bloodlines ia 769...you can look it up in ledgers page ~12
