Is Conclave worth it?
Looking at reviews many people disliked it. Why? Did they make it any better?

It add more challenges , but it's the good kind of challenge , the one that make you think and try to overcome it.
Plus it makes managing laws way more simpler.

Before i got Conclave and a few others i barely played like 120 hours (Which is almost nothing for this kind of game) and i barely enjoyed them.

The very first post explains good why this DLC changed it. The old law system sucks, the new one is way better + vassal interactions are more interesting.

As I wrote earlier: Welcome to politics.

as i wrote, i cant create new vasall because if i try = tyrann. i tried several times and i couldnt do it because every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game i need approval for this from the council. if i didnt allow the law i get one war after another, year by year. every fu ing time i tried.
i dont know if this was a bug but it suc ked.
Then it's obvious that the council members want the land. Also no need to keep the law. You just want it for a short while. After that let them have it should they ask for it.

before war = councilmember and almost ever vasall at least +80 opinion
after win the war = -20 for almost all people. and im not allowed to do anything to get a better opinion for anyone.
the council make a war against me, if i win this i got into the next war with another nation.
and if i deny the law again the same start from beginning. i tried several times. and everytime the same. i keep them low as possible, made as much vasall as possible and try to keep them at one equal level, choose the member best for me and got into a war after another with them if i deny a law change.
happend 10 out of 10 times.

So, you were forced to start an offensive war and take land? That's kind of the point. Don't just start wars with vassals because they don't want you to change laws either; you're pissing off all of your other vassals for being a tyrant. Learn how to play the game, like the actual intricacies of the game; it's more than just a map painter.
who said i start all the wars?
as french u got dragged into countless wars.
the islam from south again again and again, the sax from north at least 2 timea, after sax comes the Scandinavian countries,
austria/hungary from east side.

i should approve every chance my vasall want? after 50 years gameplay i have 0 rights. i need them to start a war, i need them to distribut land.... and so one, everytime if its possible the want me to give the counsil more power. if i remember correct u can change this powerbalance every 5 years and they try it every 5 years and if i deny i have a war. every fuc king time.
i start the game. they try to force me to get more power to the council, i deny = war.

You keep getting dragged into wars? Yet you're taking more land in each? That's not being "dragged into war", that's starting wars. If you keep being at war because you have allies then stop making alliances. If it's because you're weak and outside forces are attacking stop over extending and build up your realm.

It really sounds like you need to learn how to actually play the game and what factions even are, let alone figure out how to manage them and your realm in general. Check some youtube videos out or something.
I'm very confused. If you just buy all the Dlcs you don't have to worry about if anything is worth or not. You'll just have all features. I didn't even know Way of Life is what was needed for personal focuses until I saw a pleb play ck2 on Twitch.

Not everyone wants to drop that much money on a bunch of dlc's, some of which they may not even use (Raja's of India being a waste of moeny if you don't plan on playing in India, Sword of islam being a waste of money if you're not planning on playing a muslim etc.)

It can make the game tough if you aren't sure how to control your court. Most of the time they just pass laws for you and you can afk thyat through the game until you have a ruler that everyone likes, which you can change things that can better help you.

Overall Conclave was terrible when it first came out, but its gotten better from past patches.

I kind of like Conclave. Lots of people hated it though, probably not as much as India though.

Yeah, and like I said it's likely because they couldn't, or can't, adjust to the changes. Woooo, critical thinking is hard.

You're arrogant and condescending.

People can have plenty of their own reasons to not like something, and they are not bound explicitly by your arrogant assumptions.

So I sound arrogant to you because you can't critically think about what a sentence entails? Good to know that you're clueless as well as incompetent.

You sound arrogant because you assume repeating "critically think" and using "educated" words like "entails" means you are of a higher caliber than other people here.

It's getting old and stale. You're not the only marginally intelligent person playing CK2, and your continued assertions that people don't like something because they lack "critical thinking" is ridiculous. You need to get over yourself. The majority of your posts drip with a condescending, self-satisified and smug demeanor.

I'm sorry that you're an uneducated ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ but that doesn't mean that I can't use big words like "critically" and "think" in a conversation. "Entails" is also a normal word in the Engllish language, there is nothing "educated" about using it or not. Sorry that you're pissed off because you can't create a rational argument against me, but I guess I just used a "big word" again and you'll continue to rage.

Move along. The only thing old and stale here is your search for a fight because you feel like a little man.
