Pope declared crusade on me, an orthodox
No diversion by venetians, the Pope just declared crusade on me, the byzantine emperor, is it normal?

Not Venetians, any Merchant republic.
When the crusade is first announced there is a chance that someone with a claim on the ERE will flee to a Catholic MR and then the Crusade goal is switched to the ERE a month or two before it begins. You got the 4th Crusade event called on you.

Not Venetians, any Merchant republic.

Not merchant republic, the message said something like "the Pope declared another crusade" and it doesnt shatter my empire after i lose

did you blob to catholic realms too much? The pope declared crusade for france against me when i take over western europe as the byzantine empire a couple patches ago

It definitely did pre-Holy Fury, and I don't see why this would have changed post-Holy Fury at all.

Not really, but in game it can be. Yeah, the 4th crusade doesn't count. The pope never ordered that and excommunicated everyone who did it.
