Is there anything to the antichrist event chain after reaching adulthood?

besides the healing and stat perks. It seems kind a bunch of awesome preperation and hype for.... nothing to happen. I was expecting for some kind of events to become the pope, establish a new religion that replaces christanity, where everyone worships you and you spread it through concquest, like you know... an anti christ.... instead of just a generic monarch that heals himself.

Nope, you get some minor events like your tuna salad whispered military advice to you and you get events giving you all the horrible traits/vices. Nothing much else happens.

I personally don't like the event and usually end up smothering the demon spawn as a child when the option fires. Did it once, was interesting, not fun after.

IIRC, the Demon Child becomes the leader of the Satanists after reaching adulthood, and will be sufficiently influential that even kings will agree to be vassalized by him. So...actually a pretty good deal, if you're running Satanists.

Any member of a devil worshipping cult has absolute obedience to the cult leader. So as the leader, you can force cult members to swear fealty to you (as long as they rank below you). You can also start a war and demand surrender immediately afterwards.

But...the witches you get too are so good and you can use them as generals or stewards and etc. even without the women laws. It's like...you get to do so much expansion for that one life.

I think your thinking of the right event actually.

Both words rae in the event chain all over the place, I think the header may be closer to spawn of satan or devil spawn or something.

For the cult yes, the spawn of satan event chain is from earlier, Im not if its part of the base game or not

Not to mention with it's usual 40+ or even 50+ martial stat the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ can raise an entire army out of personal levies bigger than any other emperor on the map from a duchy, allowing you to do anything you want against any foe.
