Massive recruitment drive
Hello,
I've an easy question for the community: What is the effect of a "massive recruitment drive" by my Marshall? Is this a boost to the replenish level if I'm out of the county during a war or a boost if I am undermanned?

I think it means you recruit missing soldiers faster. You can click the county to see the bonus it provides.

Hello Ryan,
Thank you for confirming what I thought the recruitment drive does. To me the confusion arrive when I get the "massive recruitment drive" when at peace with a full complement of troops.
