Is that also the case for denying betroathals and marriages? Because they don't want to lose a CB on you due to the resulting non-aggression pact?

I mean everyone has a CB to make someone else their Tributary and there is the Single County conquest CB from Jade Dragon etc.
Do you know if a CB due to being able to press a courtiers claim on one of your titles also counts? In that case plotting agains that courtier may be very helpful.
if i had to take a guess, it's probably CB based on claims of the dynasty. i don't think AI rulers care much about the claims of their (non dynastic) courtiers
