Report a translation problem
Yeah I know, the issue is that it is having zero effect, a siege losing 29% stays at 29% when I place one of these characters as commander and there is no " siege commander " attributing to the morale loss of the garrison.
Note that just moving him to another flank won't work, he has to be resigned and then re-added to the army.

Hopefully they'll figure it out and get it fixed for the next patch. :)
