CK2 Not working on my pc

can some one please help me fix my ck2 its not running i mean it starts up just doesnt work i can hear the sound in the background and its just a see through screen that i cant click through ive tried reinstalling uninstalling in installing on a different drive verifying cache restarting pc restarting steam uninstalling steam reinstalling steam updating drives i cant figure it out some one help!

Try to lounch it from the exe inside ck2 map. it worked for me.

Do you have an Nvidia grpahcis card ?

Try that:

Instead of fullscreen, playing in broderless mode. As you can't acess the in-game menu, you have to edit the appropriate file.
Go to Documents/Paradox../CK2 and open settings.txt.
Have these settings in there:
fullScreen=no
borderless=yes

If that doesn#t work, update your graphics driver.
If that doesn't work go into the game files folder for CK2 and right click ck2game.exe - properties-
compatibility tab - check "disable fullscreen optimisation".
