If it's time limited, then they'll probably do something like the Digital Extreme Upgrade once CK3 releases, and give you all the promotion items for a couple bucks.
Though it's also possible that CK2 is simply set to cycle through the list of Challenges every 2 weeks, forever, and you can just keep working at it until you earn everything.
Though they'll probably still include a Promotion dlc pack for people that just wanna throw a couple bucks for the extra cosmetics but don't wanna have to play CK2 for it.
They're in Medieval 2 Total War base game ffs.
Cosmetic packs already kinda suck, selling individual ones? That'd be obscene.
I'm still doing challenges to get all of those though.
