The Old Gods DLC is FREE
To claim your free copy, register on Paradox Plaza, go to [Manage] and then claim your free key. You can input the key at Steam, and your account will receive the free copy of The Old Gods DLC.

I am not seeing the email for the free old gods dlc and confirmation yet....

The last official tech support response i saw in the Paradox forum was that the are no free DLCs anymore, apart from that one sri lanka facepack that downloads automatically.

That's good PR. Make the base game and best expansion free to build hype for the sequel.

I'm thinking they will also release Charlie as a free DLC. Eventually somewhere on the way - Way of Life.

In my Games tab it just shows Stellaris and below that access earlier version. Nothing with the Old Gods.

I registered, but I can't see [Manage] tab. Game tab is empty. I only see password to unlock earlier versions of games including Crusader Kings II.

go to crusaderkings.com , sign up for the newsletter, confirm and the dlc will be in your paradox library on their site. There you can find the steam key. Activate through steam, games, "activate a product on steam".

Enjoy

That is the problem: The Old Gods doesn't appear in the "Games" tab. The Games tab is just empty.

Unfortunately, it does not show up there, my other games also not visible, but only Tyranny.

I registered myself at crusaderkings though:

You have the key in https://accounts.paradoxplaza.com/games/

We have been to this point a few time. Still no Old Gods DLC entry on that page!

After you confirmed your account via email, did you got 2nd e-mail where they told you that your account is now confirmed.

I found from Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/FreeGamesOnSteam/comments/dk3elm/steamdlc_crusader_kings_ii_the_old_gods/f4avmrf/

3. Youll get activation e-mail from Paradox, activate it.
10. Now you need to WAIT that they confirm your e-mail activation

Those who haven't got the key yet the problem is delay about new account confirmations?

As you can see here:

The page says I'm eligible for The Old Gods, since I registered my account.

But if I click on the next page:

I tried it with two different accounts. One that is linked to my steam account that already has bought Crusader Kings II. The other one is freshly created for this purpose and linked with an steam account that has no games.

There is currently an issue with this. Paradox is already investigating it. Just got that from support confirmed.
