Can't create Account. Sever Error: 'invalid-ISO-8601-format'

Hello guys I just bought the game today, when i'm trying to create an acoount and when I press "Accept and Submit" I get the message Sever Error: 'invalid-ISO-8601-format'

I made a steam files verification but did not help. For info I bought a key of the game on G2A and before i ask them a new key i would like to know if this problem is common and known by some of you.

For info I never tried to instal a crack version of this game before I bought a steam version.

Ok I solved the problem. Here is the solution for next players with the same issue :) .

I created my Paradox account direct via their website (and not in the game window), just as a new member. Then I started the game and logged in with my account infos. I was able to press start and the game started normally.

You don't need an account or be logged in anywhere to play, Just for info.

I got this several times until I realized I was added the birth date in wrong. Even though I have the green check that it was okay... I was adding year-date-month when it is supposed to be year-months-date.... once i fixed that it worked.
