So if you have a sword (t1 t2 or t3 it doesnt matter) you cant summon the weaponsmith..
Gift your stuff away and you can get yourself new weapons/armor/trinkets.
I think you can gift your t3 weapons to your heir and you will keep them on inheritance, but the risk is that your heir dies and as long as hes landless theres a chance his artifacts disappear afaik
I think these are the slots you have but lots of artifacts (esspecially the chinese ones) dont need a slot to equip (statues etc)
likewise does the same apply for jewels: necklace and bracelets? or is it crown and scepters? or all?

ceremonial weapons ala golden sword (wow)
bracelets
necklace
armor:
plate armor, warden and full body sets one slot ya
weapon:
longsword, mace etc. Just one slot to worry about just like armor it looks like.
