Help society of jesus keeps converting my empire

so when i first got the society dlc it was fun, but now in a diffrent playthrough my empire is worshiping Suomenusko. then out of no were the society of jesus pops out and converts all of my territorys and then i have to kill all my christan vassals and convert all of my lands back. Then 50 or so years later it happens again. This happend 3 times already and im starting to get really annoyed with this. is there no way to fight them back. buring hertics option for the diviner dosnt help that much ether.

-are they just overpowerd or somthing. Do i have to wait until the next patch or is there a way to counter other than going on massive purges.

Turn off secret religious societies in the rules at game start.

the only way to deal with it is to hunt apostates with your court chaplin.

Or you can secretly convert in Jesusism, join secret society, get a full list of its members and make a cleaning. And when its done, you just "oops" and abandon Jesusism returning to your Paganism.

thxs, ya they seem really over powered at the moment so i might have to go with option one but i'll try to genocide them, from within first. I forgot to mention i'm playing on iron man so will option 1 turn off achievements?

No. When you start a game, you can look through a whole bunch of game options, and as you turn them on or off any that would disable achievements will say so.
