Inducting People into Secret Religious Society Tips?
I'm secretly a Cathar of the Catholic heresy and I'm trying to recruit people but it's proving quite tough to invite anyone at all.
When you first ask someone to try and become your religion you get 4 options on what pages to put the bible on, One about a Warrior, One about chairty, One about philosophy and one about Rulership. At first I thought this was based on their traits but after a few tries it seems random and most of the time I end up failing, any tips on how to make this come out positive in future? Or is it purely random.

Additionally, when I do get them to secretly practice the religion they are event more reluctent to become part of the secret society, again, any tips on how to make this better? Any traits my character could have to better persuade characters?

I think you want the option where the difference between your trait and the recipient's trait is greatest in your favor. For example, if your traits are diplo = 12, martial =16, steward = 13, and learning = 7 while the recipient has diplo = 10, martial = 12, steward = 7, and learning = 20. The differences are +2, +4, +6, and -13. In this case, the choice should be stewardship.

I've had more success basing the decision on their traits... as in, are they a Fortune Builder with Just? Choose the rulership one.

Are they a scarred, one-eyed Brilliant Strategist? Choose the Warrior.

Like I said I tried basing it on traits, I even tried it with a Skilled Tactician, Brave Zealot. But no luck on three attempts with the warrior decision depsite not having any traits that would look like they belong to the other three.
I'll try with Runifoc's idea, I'll see if it works.

This one doesn't work either
Kind of annoying, takes a lot of devotion to do these things with a good chance of becoming suspicious if you make too many attempts and yet 90%-95% of the event chain doesn't lead me to a new member of my secret society
