anyone know if one can change a character's education trait from say skilled tactician to midas touched and how?

Charinfo -> hover over portrait to get the ID number.
->
remove_trait skilled_tactician CharacterID
->
add_trait midas_touched CharacterID

Yes, succ primogeniture (or any succession type you want)
